Kristy Richmond began working with Construction Recruiters America Staffing (CRAS) in 2012 as a recruiter. Starting as a recruiter and then progressing to the role Senior Recruitment Manager and now becoming the Owner/Chief Operating Officer (COO) showcases her exceptional skills, expertise, and dedication to the company’s success.

As the Senior Recruitment Manager, Kristy oversaw CRAS’s recruitment department, playing a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring skilled talents for various construction projects. This experience gave her valuable insights into the staffing process, client needs, and the construction industry as a whole. Now as the Owner/COO, Kristy brings her extensive knowledge in business operations, management, and staffing certifications to guide CRAS to new heights. Her expertise and qualifications in these areas ensure that the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Kam Barbour’s tenure with Construction Recruiters America Staffing (CRAS) started in 2012 as a Recruiter. Her career trajectory, elevating from an initial Recruiter position to Controller, and now to Owner and Chief Financial Officer, is a reflection of her unwavering commitment, industrious nature, and proficiency within the company. Throughout her employment at CRAS, Kam has amassed a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations, financial management, and strategic business planning. Her comprehensive insight into the company’s core processes is expected to greatly enhance her effectiveness as the CFO and as an owner.
