Diane Gurdak founded Construction Recruiters America Staffing in 2005 intent on providing exceptional service and putting people back to work within their communities. Since then, as CEO, she has built CRAS into one of the top providers of labor services in the industry. Her leadership, commitment and knowledge have led Construction Recruiters to receive many accolades.

Kristy Richmond, CSP, CWCC joined Construction Recruiters America Staffing as the Senior Recruitment Manager, a role which oversees Construction Recruiters’ recruitment department, and is now COO. Kristy has extensive knowledge in business operations and management as well as several staffing certifications. Her modernized approach to culture, employee happiness and client satisfaction have presented the business much success.

Kam Barbour, CWCC has been with Construction Recruiters America Staffing since 2012, starting off her journey with CRAS as a recruiter. Over the years Kam has taken on the responsibilities of bidding, payroll, workers compensation, benefits administration to name a few, earning her the title of Financial Controller.

Hannah recently joined Construction Recruiters America Staffing, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She brings numerous years of experience and extensive knowledge in both the recruiting and marketing fields. Before becoming a member of the CRAS team, she worked in New York City supporting the recruiting departments at some of the biggest tech companies in the world. She is grateful to be part of such an amazing team and is excited to help strengthen and grow the company’s recruiting efforts.
